About us

This blog is maintained by Gaurav's family, and is aimed at creating awareness about his accident at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in New Delhi on the night of October 16th 2013. We don't want anyone else going through what we are today. This blog can help people make the right choices about the hotel's they patronise and ensure that the hospitality industry takes its service promise more seriously.

  3. I hope Gaurav is back to the person he was before this accident soon. I have known him from a time when we were working together in Bird group but just lost touch after we quit. He is one of the most fun-loving, ever-smiling and vivacious people I have ever met. He just HAS TO be up and running soon.

  6. Hyatt must awaken to their folly and make amends. It is extremely irresponsible and disgraceful to let the term hospitality stoop to a level lower than humanity.

  8. What is shocking is not only the carelessness of the hotel and the callousness thereafter, but also their continuing inhumane attitude. It's truly shocking that they have not even inquired once about his condition. It disturbs me to think that a human life, in a business based on hospitality, is of so little value.

  9. I am disgusted by the attitude of the hotel. It sickens me to think that in the 21st century, the hotel is not only unequipped to deal with the situation but also the carelessness in their behaviour.

Absolutely appalled by the hyatt's attitude and behavaiour towards this incident how can a leading hotel of its caliber take no precautionary measures to warn their guests of impending danger ! not only that but how can they be so complacent after the incident had taken place ! they should have organised an ambulance immediately and rushed him to nearest hospital so that he could have been given immediate care . Just cant get over this incident and the callousness of the hyatt

  11. This is absolutely lack of responsibility and inhuman attitude of the hotel management toward their guest who have place their trust on the hotel. Strict action must be taken against the hotel HYATT.

  12. shear mismanagement by Hyatt ! Is this the way the management or the staff is trained to show the hospitality to the guests. I think Hyatt now no longer deserves to be in the place it used to be 10 years back .
